Why Kumerica trend is taking over the world hip hop scene and why is the first time Ghana music go really really international

Dementor' (born Andres Eduardo Martinez Rodriguez, 13 September 1988) is a Colombian rapper, singer and music manager, rated as the most relevant rapper from the South American roots in the African and Caribbean market by MTV Base.


MTV Latina and VH1,also known for making history as the only rapper from a South American country involved with Black African and English hip hop/dancehall industry. 


MC Dementor is the only rapper from Colombia with real and international fan base and this rates his brand as "The most successful rapper from Colombia" as stated by several West African and USA Hip Hop media. African media calls him the "African Eminem" or "White African" 


Columbian D.j and rapper Mc Dementor on Abrefi's talk show on Sunday 18th April, 2021 at Paloma Hotel indicated even Ghana has many great musician such as Stonebwoy, Shatta wale, Sakordie etc who do good songs and has been recognize  can not be compared to the Kumerica trend.

Kumerica is the Nickname of Ghanaian populated city Kumasi in the Ashanti Region, during last year, the name Kumasi was change by young artists to Kumerica as compare to America and it states. Since then Kumerica has been on trend till now due their style of music.


The Columbian rapper who has been in Ghana for some years has delicate his love for the Kumerica's by collaborating with artists to work on his new song titled KUMERICA ESCOBER


The black Movement record label artist Mc Dementor has been an influential and has received honor as "Advocate for Black Man"  from Ghanaian former resident H.E president John Mahama held at Harvard University based on the campaign program  hosted online   for Peace and Respect.
