Does your music genre have influence on your personality💪💪?

Ghanaian fast rising artist Derrick Okanta popularly known by his stage name as Okanta on Abrefi's talk show last Sunday 11th April , 2021 stated that most Gospel artists have some negative thought about artists doing other genre.

Speaking to Abrefi, the host of the talk show, he said especially in Ghana most gospel artists thinks doing dancehall, hiplife or hippop make the person unrighteous being and for that matter they see them be evil people or people from hell.

"Musicians are like messengers, they deliver messages to other through their songs" he said.

 Choosing genre depends on your strength, your belief and the messages you want to deliver to people listening to your songs.
