Dancehall star Vybz Kartel welcomes Meek Mill to Jamaica following the American rapper's arrival in Montego Bay.
Local fans and celebrities-alike including Vybz Kartel have welcomed the American rapper with open arms.

Meek Mill Touches Down In Montego Bay, Jamaica
Meek Mill took to Instagram, earlier this week, to inform his 15 millions followers that he had arrived in Montego Bay at the Sangster International Airport via private jet.

Just moments after the Philly rapper announced his arrival in Jamaica, Vybz Kartel commented, welcoming the Meek Mill.

“Just touch down like N.A.S.A @meekmill #WelcomeToJamrock,” the Dancehall entertainer’s Instagram account wrote in Meek Mill’s comment section.

Meek Mill also shared a photo of himself and his Dreamchaser team at a river on the Caribbean Island.

“Jamaica vibes 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲,” he captioned the image.




While it’s unclear if he will be doing some recording while on vacation in Jamaica, unconfirmed sources believe Meek Mill will be visiting Vybz Kartel behind bars.

Meek Mill, who recently released his latest album “Championships,” is already working on his next project, the fifth instalment of his “Dreamchasers” mixtape series.

The rapper, who is signed to Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group (MMG) label, is the latest American entertainer to visit the shores of Jamaica. Last month saw Hip Hop stars DJ Khaled, Drake and Tory Lanez arriving on the Caribbean island. Khaled spent 2 weeks after linking up with Buju Banton while working on his album. The Canadian rappers performed at Dancehall artist Popcaan’s Unruly Fest.
