VIDEO: Shatta Wale Allegedly Scams A Ghanaian Lady In USA of $45,000


The self-acclaimed dancehall king in Ghana, Charles Nii Armah Mensah who is widely known as Shatta Wale has been hit with a scam scandal.

Shatta Wale has been accused by a lady of scamming her of a whooping amount of $45,000.

The lady who identified herself as Emmauela Ofori disclosed that she once contacted the SM boss because she needed someone to perform at her wedding ceremony.

According to Emmauela, the dancehall artiste gave her his WhatsApp number to begin negotiations.

Narrating the story, the lady revealed that Shatta Wale told her to deal with him directly and not Zylofon music since they pay him peanuts.

The lady proceeded by saying that, they became best of friends and that one day the zylofon music signee asked for a favour from her.

According to the lady, Shatta Wale told her that he wanted to move his bank money from the United Kingdom to the USA and that he needs some money to assist the bank transfer.

The lady stated that she fell for the scam and transferred a sum of $ 45,000 to him.

The lady who claimed was scammed added that Shatta Wale cut ties with her and blocked her on all social media platforms after she transferred the money to him.
