The Royal Richester Hotel at East Legon in Accra has been demolished just months after it was bought by Zylofon boss, Nana Appiah Mensah.

Nana Appiah acquired the 4-star hotel from its owners in October 2017 - But barely a year after the purchase, latest photos show the hotel has been reduced to the ground CEO of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah has reportedly caused the demolition of Royal Richester Hotel, a 4-star hotel at East Legon in Accra. Nana Appiah was reported to have bought the hotel from its original owners somewhere in 2017. But according to Zionfelix.net, the hotel has been pulled down as of July 22, 2018.

Many wondered what Nana Appiah had in mind when reports surfaced that he had acquired the hotel. There were some who suggested the Zylofon boss may be interested in the hospitality industry. 
But it looks like he has a whole different plan in mind. 
Latest reports suggest that the land is going to be used to build an office complex for Zylofon Media. Nana Appiah Mensah is also the CEO of MenzGold Ghana, which is an investment firm in the nation’s capital. His 360 media company, Zylofon Media, has signed a number of Ghana’s top stars including Shatta Wale, Becca, Zynnell Zuh, Stonebwoy and James Gardiner. Meanwhile popular Ghanaian rapper, Okomfuor Kwadee has disclosed that his topmost priority at this moment is to secure management deal from Ghana’s biggest record label, Zylofon Media.
