The Actors Guild doesn’t take Kwaku Manu and I serious – Lil Win
A man wearing a hat
Kumawood actor, Lil Win, has revealed that the Actors Guild does not take either he or Kwaku Manu serious
He added that they are considered as empty-headed
Ghanaian actor and musician, Kwadwo Nkansah, better known as Lil Win, has disclosed that neither he nor colleague actor, Kwaku Manu, is regarded as being serious in life. According to a report by MyNewsGH.com, he revealed that the leadership of the Actors Guild, headed by Bill Asamoah, sometimes refers to them as fools. Speaking on Light FM in Kumasi, he further stated that this has affected their craft as they as they are not as famous as they used to be.

The actor went ahead to accuse the guild of the lukewarm attitude towards the welfare of members. In some cases, he went on, they are shut down completely as if they are children. These developments, he lamented, account for the near collapse of the group. YEN.com.gh understands that prior to Lil Win’s revelations, the leaders have been accused of similar actions. Most players in the industry have accused the leadership of the association but Lilwin’s revelation comes as a shock to most lovers of Kumawood movies. Lil Win however stated that he isn’t bothered by the issues, as he is a star, and nothing can bring him down.
