Lil Wayne to Drop His New Music Video for "Uproar”   Lil Wayne has returned with the music video for his   Carter V track "Uproar" and it features a few cameos. The clip, which was directed by Mills Miller, boasts appearances from  Fatboy, SSE, Shiggy, Kid Pat, and Swizz Beatz —the track's producer.
